Worker Injured in Sydney Metro Northwest rail project

A tradeworker has been injured while working on the Sydney Metro Northwest rail project.

The man, a bricklayer was injured after falling 8 metres at the construction site.

He was working at the Castle Hill railway station site, part of the government’s Sydney Metro Northwest rail project.

Falls are one of the most common causes of injury on construction sites and even falls from relatively low heights can cause serious injury.
