The Number of Australian Workers Killed at Work – Report Released

The July 2017 notifiable fatalities monthly report has been released by Safe Work Australia, providing a national round-up of work related traumatic fatalities that were notifiable to Australian work health and safety jurisdictions.
The report reveals 15 work related notifiable fatalities took place in July 2017. Of the fatalities, 7 were male workers and 4 were male bystanders. One female worker was also killed and 3 female bystanders were killed.
