Tasmania Battles to Attract Construction Trade Apprentices

Michael Kerschbaum from the Master Builders Association (MBA) discussed  in an article on Abc.net.au that there simply aren’t enough young people in the state to go around.

He estimated there were only about 1,300 apprentices in Tasmania at the moment. Statistics show that the number of construction apprentices in the state peaked in 2010 but steadily declined since then.
