Residential construction is set to ease, if figures from The Australian Bureau of Statistics are anything to go by.
New home construction approvals fell 6.9 per cent in August, after rising 7.9 per cent in July. June saw a 6.9 per cent fall, according to the ABS.
Every monthly gain throughout this year has been followed by a fall in the following month.
According to experts we should expect the boom to start winding down soon.
