Construction workers need to start paying better attention to the foods they’re consuming.
According to the latest CSIRO report, Australian diets are below the benchmark and construction workers are among the worst eaters in the country.
The researchers surveyed over 86,500 adults across Australia for a period of 1 year.
The survey found that Australia’s diet score is 59, the benchmark is 70.
