Company Releases Device to Aid Construction Security

A site safety firm has recently launched a wireless monitoring device to combat construction site thefts.

The company, partnering with Microsoft, Two Bulls and Thinxtra have developed a multi sensor wireless alarm system, powered by 4 AA batteries.

Companies pay a rental fee for the wireless alarm that can be controlled with a mobile app. The app allows for the device to be tailored to the requirements of the site.

When a theft occurs, the alarm will flash red and a loud buzzer will go off to deter thieves. The device will send an automatic alert via the app notification or email if any unexpected movement, light, sound or vibration was detected.
