Beware Consequences of Long Working Hours

If you regularly work long hours, you should take note of the results of a recent study that proved that long hours of work could increase risk of stroke and heart disease.

Researchers at University College London found that long working hours might increase the risk of cardiovascular disease.

They also found that people who work longer hours have higher risk of stroke compared to those working standard hours of 35-40 hours per week.
