White Card Australia Policy

Whitecard Australia is dedicated to providing high levels of customer service and an informative and efficient online training practice. 

Although industry expectation is that the your white card must be delivered within 14 days, we strive to dispatch your card within 2 -3 working days of receiving all required documentation.

Should your submitted documents not be to government requirements, we will contact you via email to alert you, and ask you to rectify the problem. We will hold your documents until the situation is rectified.

Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, incomplete courses or computer hardware/software error.

Please ensure you have the required programs on your computer before you purchase our course.

You require:

• A web browser such as Internet Explorer, Google Chrome or Firefox
• Speakers or a headset or earphone
• The latest version of Flash Player (free) – click here to download.
• You will need to allow popups in your browser settings, and you may need to temporarily disable any Virsu software you are running (particularly Norton anti-virus)
